Speaking of which . . . Flat Stephen with three-name wonders David Anthony Durham and James Patrick Kelly. Work your award-winning magic, Flat!
Yet another of Flat Stephen's admirers!
Nick Mamatas "horns" Flat Stephen while Jeff Ford handles pouring duties.
Flat Stephen recommends Acacia Pinot Noir!
Here's Flat with a guy whose name I don't know but whose sideburns evoked Asimov and Elvis equally: Elvismov!
And now some non-Flat pictures. Paul Park read a terrific story called "A Family History," elements of which were auctioned off on eBay prior to the story's composition.
Not too clear, admittedly, but that's Gene Wolfe reading "Mute," a post-apocalyptic story.
Ysabeau Wilce reading from
John Crowley reading from his novel-in-progress, Four Freedoms.
A great con, but somewhat exhausting. I'm glad to be back in NYC for a few days to decompress a bit before heading back to Delaware!

Fresh As A Daisy
Having had the pleasure of riding back to Manhattan with Flat Stephen (who chose to stay comfortably in the trunk of the car), I can testify that he was as fresh and rested after a hard weekend of Coning. Which is much more than can be said for most of the three dimensional con goers.Rick Bowes
