Is Norman L. Knight a pseudonym or relative (brother?) of Damon Knight? In the youtube posting (great!) Malzberg comments on to his knowledge, the only known collaboration between Blish and Damon Knight. That triggered my recollection of a collaboration between Blish and "Norman L. Knight" called _A Torrent of Faces_. Excellent 'Dystopia' novel, where the world's population reaches 1 Trillion, and an asteroid strikes. Mundane pre-mundane. Blish and Knight in the forward reference conceptualizing the novel between 1948 and 1967.
